Grounded in the experience of overwhelm and unbalance, “States of Buffering” transforms personal material into a detached physical matter. Through diverse performance scores, the work exposes vulnerable momentum in a public space, shifting fluidly between excitement, exhaustion, and the complex spaces in between.

The installation consists of wire and colourful wooden beads assembled into floating forms suspended from the stage structure. They move and respond to touch, becoming active elements within the performance. Through playful and unexpected interactions with the installation, the performer explores different ways of relating to objects, bodies and space, inviting shifting associations and interpretations.
